  • Ownership: You retain all ownership rights in your UGC.
  • License Grant: By submitting UGC to AI Daily Stack, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your UGC in connection with the Site and AI Daily Stack's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Site (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
  • Representations and Warranties: You are solely responsible for your UGC and the consequences of posting or publishing it. By submitting UGC, you affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the UGC and to grant the license rights granted herein. You further warrant that your UGC does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights, and does not contain any defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material.
  • Right to Remove: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, edit, or remove any UGC at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe it violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Third-Party Tools and Links

The Site lists and provides links to third-party websites, applications, and services ("Third-Party Tools"). These Third-Party Tools are not owned or controlled by AI Daily Stack. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any Third-Party Tools. 7. Intellectual Property of AI Daily Stack

The content on the Site, excluding User-Generated Content, such as text, graphics, images, logos, software, and the compilation thereof, and any intellectual property rights therein, are the property of AI Daily Stack or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, AI DAILY STACK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION. AI DAILY STACK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM OBTAINING ANY CONTENT FROM THE SITE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AI DAILY STACK, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SITE. IN NO EVENT SHALL AI DAILY STACK'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100 USD) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AI DAILY STACK, IF ANY, IN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Daily Stack and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User-Generated Content, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site or contact us to request account deletion. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of contract law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. As AI Daily Stack operates globally, we encourage users to be aware of their local consumer protection laws which may apply. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in a mutually agreed-upon neutral jurisdiction, or as otherwise determined by applicable law.
